Whatever the building type, we have the experience to inspect and report on the condition, lifespan and technical repair required to inform your property acquisitions, occupation and long term strategy.

We undertake a variety of building surveys and inspections tailored to suit both the building and its condition and your intended requirements and budget.  These range from brief overview inspections to provide a quick opinion on the suitability of a building through to full detailed building surveys, as follows:-

Overview Inspections

A less detailed inspection and summary advice intended to provide an overall opinion on the building’s condition, suitability for use and often a guide estimate for repairs or refurbishment. These surveys are well suited to pre auction purchases, to provide a brief overview of any significant  

Full Building Surveys

Traditionally called a “Structural Survey” and now often referred to as a Level 3 RICS Building Survey.  This is a detailed element by element survey of the building and report on its construction and defects evident together with recommendations for remedial works or maintenance.  These reports are often supplemented by additional reports by other specialists on aspects such as asbestos, drainage or mechanical and electrical services.
